Legacy Hill Farm is available by Appointment Only.
Wedding & event hours are custom to each event. Please check with your event host to learn more about the hours for the specific event that you will be attending.
Thank you for respecting the privacy of our venue and only visiting with an appointment and visiting the property during the pre-arranged hours for your event.

For a wedding most guests show up between 30 - 60 minutes prior to the ceremony start time. Check with your event host if you have additional questions about the arrival time that is best for you.

Parking is free and easily accessible at Legacy Hill Farm.
Parking attendants will be out a little over an hour before each event to show guests where they can park. Parking attendant instructions must be followed.
If you need special accommodations please let our parking attendants know and they can provide assistance for you and/or your passengers.
Vehicles are unable to be left on the property overnight.
Many events book shuttle services for their events. Please check with your event host for shuttle service information. The venue does not have a shuttle schedule. If you are trying to get the shuttle schedule information you will need to call the shuttle company and/or speak with your event host.

Upon your arrival, you can enjoy the fountain courtyard, barn loft, and restrooms.
The fountain courtyard includes benches and a fountain for guests to enjoy as they gather.
The barn loft is a weather protected space that event hosts frequently use for welcoming their guests.
The restrooms are located in the lower level of the Granary. The restrooms are heated and air conditioned.

Yes! We have an ADA private restroom in addition to our other restrooms. Our restrooms are conveniently located on the main level of the Granary. They are air conditioned and heated.

Catering and bar services are set up by each event host. You can check with your event host to find out when refreshments will be served at your particular event.
It is very typical that the bar will open following a wedding ceremony for a social hour prior to dining services.
Occasionally event hosts have bar services available prior to their wedding ceremony.
If you need water it is available at the bar during bar service hours.

Often weddings at Legacy Hill Farm will start with a wedding ceremony. The bar will typically open for a cocktail hour following the wedding ceremony for 1 - 1.5 hours. Event hosts may or may not have snacks or appetizers available during their social hour.
If dinner is being served, it often begins approximately 1.5 - 2 hours following the wedding ceremony start time.

No. All beverages for the event must be obtained through the catering and bar services that have been provided for the event.
Alcoholic beverages brought on to the property during the event will be confiscated by security and will not be returned.

Our venue is a mixture of indoor and outdoor spaces. You should plan that portions of your day will most likely be outside (if weather permits). Our venue has Plan B spaces that are weather protected. It is a great idea to bring layers. Check the weather for your event day and consider bringing sunglasses, umbrellas, and coats if desired.

Often yes! Usually, couples will still opt to get married outside for a short wedding ceremony even if it is cold outside. Dress for the weather of the day.
Following the outdoor ceremony, guests will be able to enjoy outdoor patio heaters at the bar and the pavilion where dinner is served is heated.

The outdoor wedding ceremony faces the south. You are welcome to bring sunglasses or a hat with you.

Yes! Many guests with young children or babies enjoy having a stroller on site. There are walking paths throughout the property and our spaces make it easy for you to have a stroller with you.

Smoking on the property is dependent on the event. If smoking is permitted it is only allowed in a specified area.
