Reserve Your Date

When you book online, you’re reserving your event date with a $100 non-refundable deposit. Available dates shown on the calendar are updated in real-time. The venue rate is specific to the date selected. We make the next steps to complete your venue booking easy.

2. You’ll have 72 hours to sign and make the next payment (based on your selected payment schedule).

Wedding Payment Options

1. Pay in full

   1. 100% paid at signing

   2. 3% discount if the wedding is at least 10 months out

2. Two Payments

   1. 50% due at signing

   2. 50% due 6 months prior to event date

3. Three Payments

   1. 33.33% (1/3) due at signing

   2. 33.33% (1/3) due 9 months prior to event date

   3. 33.33% (1/3) due 6 months prior to event date

4. Monthly

   1. 25% due at signing

   2. Remaining balance is equally distributed monthly and paid in full three (3) months before the event

   3. $199 fee for this option

Non-Wedding Event Payment Options

1. Pay in Full

2. Extended

   1. 50% due at signing

   2. 50% due 30 days from signing

3. Special Financing

   1. Options may be available upon request

Non-Refundable Booking Payment

Make the $100 booking payment online to reserve your date. This payment will be applied to the total amount due for the date selected. Once booked online, you will have 72 hours to sign the contract and make the next payment on the invoice. If signature and payment are not made in that time frame, you will no longer have the date reserved and the $100 booking payment will be forfeited. The contract and invoice will be on the way shortly once you book through our website.
