Our Groundskeepers are our behind-the-scenes-green-thumb-masters. Clients are looking for a beautiful place to get married or host an event, and without an exceptional team to care for the property’s lawn and grounds, that won’t happen. Your job is to proactively maintain the Legacy Hill Farm (LHF) grounds so everyone who steps foot on the property feels the peace and beauty of a well-cared for space.
You will complete routine cleaning and maintenance of the grounds, buildings, and parking area. You will mow, trim, rake, weed, plant, and fertilize. You will take responsibility for the property and make sure everything across the grounds is immaculate and ready to go for each event!
Shifts are seasonal (April-November). They are typically 2-5 hours shifts throughout the week. You’ll be on rotation with other Groundskeepers, and you should be able to work 5-25 hours per week.
