What’s Happening At Legacy Hill Farm This Spring

tours, wedding planning, Groundskeeping, & a whole lot of grit

Cameron & Tia

Work Hard | Play Hard has always been in our DNA and in the spring we practice this to the fullest at Legacy Hill Farm.

Chasing The Light

In a few weeks wedding season will launch at Legacy Hill Farm.

Wedding season is our favorite season - this property was meant to host grand and unforgettable events.

However, before wedding season ever arrives there is an easy to miss spring season of grit and determination that lays the foundation of the wedding season to come.

It has been like this every wedding season - every spring - on our property.

Our greatest asset at Legacy Hill Farm is the strength of character of our multi-generational team. The can do creative spirit that thrives at Legacy Hill in the spring is truly something to see.

We can’t even count the number of jaw drops and the “you’re going to do all of that before the first wedding?!?” comments we’ve heard.

It’s part of our story, it’s part of what makes Legacy Hill Farm so incredible to be a part of, and it’s part of the fun of getting to get married at our venue.

Our willingness to build the impossible and create beauty year after year with a unique creative twist each wedding season makes Legacy Hill Farm one of a kind.

Uncovering Beauty

In the early spring we wake up each of our venue spaces from their winter slumbers and breathe new creative life into them.

Spring is the season of hustle at Legacy Hill Farm. It's a season of long work days… paint covered clothes… dirty hands… messy hair.

We deep clean each of our venue spaces, we de-winterize everything, and look upon all of our spaces with new fresh eyes that a winter of no weddings on the property provides. When a venue hosts events year round there is very limited time to breathe new life into spaces, because you are constantly hosting a new event and your energy can quickly get sucked into just trying to keep up. Our winter and early spring seasons provide us with space to discover fresh inspiration and start new once again each year.

They might appear like quiet months, but March, April, and May are in many ways our busiest.

No season has as many spinning plates as early spring.

From tours to final wedding planning meetings to groundskeeping galore - spring is a magical whirlwind that we've been dreaming about all winter.

Every single day from sunrise until long past sunset our team is working as we set the stage for a new and incredible wedding season.
